Nancy Cohen is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Occupier and Investor Services. Nancy leads the Strategic Planning Group, whose focus is occupancy analysis, strategy development, workplace transformation, facilitating engagement and change management strategies, as well as the integration of sustainability to support an organization’s performance goals and objectives. Nancy’s clients include many of the largest occupiers of space in the GTA.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nancy held executive positions at two other real estate service provider firms and was Chief Architect for a mid-size residential developer. Nancy began her career as an architect with an international design firm. Previous community involvement includes board memberships, where Nancy played a key role for MTHA, a ratepayers’ association and the Ontario Association of Architects.
Nancy Cohen holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering at Technical University of Nova Scotia, a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies from the Faculty of Environmental Design Studies at Nova Scotia Technical College and a Bachelor of Science from the Faculty of Sciences, Math and Physics at Acadia University. Nancy is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
