By providing financing through the creative use of a vendor takeback mortgage, we facilitated an opportunity for the purchaser to invest their capital funds into repurposing the existing 1930s heritage-designated art deco industrial building. It is being redeveloped by Symesbridge Inc. Tenants include Junction Brewery at 16,000 sq. ft. and The Symes event space at 16,000 sq. ft.
