Build Toronto’s vision is to intensify the underutilized parcel of land, with a proposal that includes 63 residential units in stacked townhouse and low-rise apartment forms. Build Toronto will also be introducing an affordable housing program that will provide up to 32 affordable home ownership units.
A development application has been submitted to the City of Toronto and is currently under review.
