411 Victoria Park Avenue
Many different organizations and companies own property in what is locally known as the Quarry Lands. The 19.7-acre parcel of land that BUILD TORONTO is developing dates back to the 1930’s. Our proposal includes a mixed-use development comprising low-rise residential (50%), high-quality retail (25%) and community park space (25%).
A development application has been submitted to the City of Toronto and is currently under review.
