4650 Eglinton Avenue West

Site Introduction

4650 Eglinton Avenue West represents one of the several parcels of land along the north side of Eglinton Avenue West that were originally acquired by the City of Toronto as a right of way to accommodate a transportation corridor.

Evaluating the established residential neighbourhood that surrounds this property and market interest, we sought the best-in-class retirement living developer to look at concepts for a luxury retirement complex.

Shannex Incorporated has submitted a zoning by-law amendment in early 2015 and a statutory community is scheduled for Wednesday October 28.
