Currently a TTC parking lot, the site at 705 Warden Avenue offers an opportunity for a transit-oriented redevelopment. Concepts include residential uses and improvements to recreational fields belonging to the new community centre to the north. A new road network and an integration of retail will also help to support the needs of the local neighbrouhood.
