805 Don Mills Road

Site Introduction

Currently a surface parking lot, this site sits on the corner of a very busy intersection at Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East. Deemed underutilized by the City of Toronto, the opportunity on this site lies in bringing this intersection to a pedestrian scale and improving the public realm and streetscape. Safety for this well-travelled intersection is a top priority, as families and children frequent the Ontario Science Centre across the street. Build Toronto is envisioning a residential development with retail at grade and a future underground connection directly into the planned Eglinton Crosstown LRT Station.
