Build Toronto is working to launch its affordable housing program within the Bicknell project. On this site, the program will be geared to assist qualified first-time home buyers by providing down payment assistance for market-rate units.

The site is well served by 11 TTC bus routes that connect to Keele subway station on the Bloor-Danforth subway line and to the Eglinton station on the Yonge-University-Spadina line.

Additionally, the new Eglinton-Scarborough Crosstown is currently under construction and the new Keele LRT station will be within one kilometre of the proposed development.
