Before we began planning, our team completed the Birchcliff Quarry Lands Study to help provide planning context for the site. Following this, our extensive consultative program has helped us to develop a plan for low-rise residential and retail development, centering on a repurposed and regularized 4.5-acre city park. The plans focuses on connectivity with a new road network and grade-related space to support interaction and new and improved public realm around the retail space.
