Redevelopment along the St. Clair West transit corridor gives us the opportunity to invest in a transit-oriented development that will bring new residents and activity to a parcel of land that has been vacant for 20 years.

Due to the site being contaminated from historical uses, Build Toronto is investing in a remediation program to reintegrated this underutilized, contaminated site into the City’s urban fabric.
