4620 Eglinton Ave. W. Community Engagement Officially Kicks-Off with Saturday Open House

Engagement is one of Build Toronto’s City-Building Strategic Priorities. As part of any development application, we work to engage with community members over and above the City of Toronto’s statutory community consultation process.

We have brought on board Brook Pooni Associates to help officially kick-start and facilitate the community engagement process for this site at 4620 Eglinton Avenue West and 250 Wincott Drive (Richview Plaza), owned by Trinity Group.

Together, we invite you to attend our first community Open House, scheduled for Saturday May 27. Invitations have gone out and an electronic copy can be found below. Join us anytime between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm on Saturday at Richview Collegiate to meet the development team; learn about the site, neighbourhood and policy context, hear our development objectives and provide your thoughts and priorities early in the development process.

We make it a priority to listen, be open to input and remain responsive. It is our goal to foster strong working relationships with the various stakeholders as part of every development.

Please email Aliya Tejani, Brook Pooni Associates at atejani@brookpooni.com to be put on our community stakeholders list to stay up to date on this project.
