On June 16, 2014, Build Toronto met with the community, Councillor Di Giorgio and the local planner on file to present its proposed development plans. The neighbourhood context was discussed, as well as the development objectives that helped to form the vision.

Our architect, from Kohn Partnership, helped to showcase the preliminary concepts, and how the site and site area characteristics were taken into consideration.

As a group, we discussed the proposal, as well as important community considerations such as traffic, green space and density.
