As part of the City’s goal to link 19 kilometres of Eglinton Avenue stretching from the east to the west end, Build Toronto is preparing 1250 Eglinton Avenue West, a site to the west of Eglinton West subway station, for development.

Development of an underutilized site currently used for a commuter lot will bring animation, improvements to the streetscape and new residents to support the investment the City is putting into the transit and infrastructure in this area.
