A quarry dating back to the 1930’s presents a number of environmental challenges and requires a comprehensive environmental investigation. In accordance with the Ministry of the Environment, Build Toronto has invested in a comprehensive environmental investigation, including environmental site assessments and risk assessments, to ensure proper soil management and risk management measures are established. With a proper remediation program in place, we can plan for an appropriate and responsible development.
