Second Community Meeting Held for Richview Square + 4620 Eglinton Ave. W.

On the evening of Tuesday, August 15, 2017, Build Toronto in collaboration with Trinity Development Group, Councillor Campbell and our community facilitation partners, Brook Pooni Associates, held an interactive community meeting regarding the future joint development of Richview Square and 4620 Eglinton Avenue West. This was the second of three community meetings held before a development application is submitted to the City. View the invitation for more details.

The meeting included a 15-minute Main Project Presentation repeated every hour, followed by four interactive breakout sessions with more information based on what we heard were the main points of interest from the community – Transportation Planning, Housing, Retail and Public Gathering Spaces. Comment Cards seeking feedback were provided at each station. A number of Presentation Boards set up within the room helped to provide background information for any new community members joining us at this stage in the engagement process, as well as provide an update from the last time we met with the community, during the May 27, 2017 Open House.

The project team would like to thank the approximately 340 community members that came out during the event.

The comment period is now closed, a summary of feedback can viewed through the Final Feedback Summary Report.
